And the statistics confirm what Ten witch points out. His goal-scoring skills remain unchanged, as evidenced by his six-month stint in Turkey.

The 30-year-old scored nine times and assisted a further four in 18 games for the Turkish giants. And before moving to Turf Moor, he excelled in the German Bundesliga for Wolfsburg.
Weghorst scored 70 goals in 133 games for the German club in four years and became a fan favorite, prompting Burnley to cash in on the six-inch monster.
His disappointing spell at Burnley had more to do with it To Sean Dyche route style than his own failings. He always gave 100 percent and regularly led the stats for distance traveled and effort.
