The Melrose Place alum has kept quiet amid the buzz, but on January 13 he was photographed on a date with his ex-wife.
Videos and photos from Daily Mail showed Andrew Shue and Amy Robach meeting in a park in Greenwich Village, the reason for the meeting apparently being a custody exchange over their dog Brody. Robach was walking a Maltese poodle cross before Shu arrived. Brody showed up at the shoot to see him, and Robach handed over the leash. The couple was photographed standing a few feet away from each other and chatted for a few minutes before parting ways, with the GMA3 host reportedly returning to the nearby apartment of TJ Holmes.
The website described the meeting as the couple’s first reunion since Amy Robach’s relationship with her co-star became public. She and Andrew Shue reportedly split back in August, and it’s not known what their dog custody arrangements are or who looked after Brody during the ABC staffers’ PDA-filled vacation to Miami over the holidays .
Brody has apparently been part of the family since 2014, providing “the perfect recipe” when Amy Robach was battling breast cancer, as she once said in “Letter to My Dog.” The gathering in the park was Andrew Shue’s first public appearance since the affair allegations against TJ Holmes and Robach. As the new couple spent the holidays together, the actor appeared in a family photo on his son’s Instagram account, where Nate Shue announced his father and brothers as “Riders of the Storm.”
