Carl Bowers’ cause of death

Carl Bowers’ cause of death was a rare type of cancer.

He was diagnosed with angiosarcoma, a very rare cancer that occurs in the inner lining of blood and lymph arteries. At a specialized medical facility, Bowers was scheduled for chemotherapy.

An unusual type of cancer called angiosarcoma occurs in the inner lining of lymph and blood arteries. Although it can develop anywhere in the body, the skin, breast, liver and spleen are where it usually occurs. 27 The 5-year survival rate is 12-33%, with a median survival of 15 to 24 months. Metastases to adjacent cervical lymph nodes and local failure are common. The liver and bone are the next most common sites of distant metastases, although they usually occur later.

Unfortunately, Carl Bowers passed away after a long battle with cancer.

The cause of Carl Bowers’ death left the public inconsolable.

Carl’s memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 21st at 2:00 PM at the Sanders Beach Corrine Jones Resource Center located at 913 S. I Street in Pensacola, FL 32502.

Carl Bauer’s wife Shannon wrote a touching message on Facebook.

she wrote,

I am overwhelmed by everyone’s love and generosity. Carl was so loved.

I’m in the process of settling for it, which is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I’m going to ask a favor from everyone. If you knew Carl well, you knew he was one of the biggest Marvel fans in Marvel history. Please, instead of dressing up in your Sunday best for his service, please wear your favorite Marvel shirt, hat, sweatshirt, costume, whatever! I know it would make his heart happy.

I will update when I have definite plans.

We love you 3000 Carl!!!

Flowers may be sent to the Pace Fire Rescue District at 4773 Pace Patriot Blvd, Pace, FL 32571.

Santa Rosa County Florida Ambulance wrote,

“Today we extend our deepest sympathies to Pace Fire Rescue District and the Bowers family following the loss of firefighter Carl Bowers. Carl was the man we could all hope to be – a kind, compassionate, loving family man, a dedicated public servant. He fought hard and had the entire public safety community behind him. He will be forever missed and loved. Take it easy, Carl.

Megan Castor wrote,

Carl Bowers told me once after a call that “I can’t die. I haven’t died yet, so you can’t prove that I can – I’ll be here forever. In a way, he was right. He was a strange, beautiful storyteller with the most passionate love for family and chosen family that is rare. From pumpkin pies to dating advice and recovery, there are very few places where his lessons and memory won’t be felt. Take it easy.”

Cody Foster wrote,

“Man, this one really hits hard! Karl was an honorable man, a man of honor. A person who never fails not to smile or find the good in things. Carl never talked much about what he had, but he always said I was fine and that I would get through it. I had the pleasure of working with Carl and I tell you. This man reached thousands of people. Many times people move on to the next life and we wonder if he made it. This one certainly nailed it. Carl is no longer in pain, but drives on the golden roads. Cleaning and polishing the red trucks. And keeping their stations in heaven clean. Relax bro, we got your six.

Dexter Beasley wrote,

“I am so incredibly grateful that we were able to reconnect and make memories over the past two years. We reconnected, went to hockey games, went to psc practice, played volleyball and finally got to celebrate your birthday at hooters 6 months or so ago. I’m thankful I spent your birthday with you at Hooters and shared some laughs that night in the parking lot. Thanks for always being that way and always having the ability to make me laugh. We’re friends first, firefighters second. RIP my friend🥲

One of the worst things a person can go through in life is losing a loved one. Every journey must have a destination at the end. This man’s time on earth is sadly over now that he has died.

We wish him eternal peace and send our thoughts and prayers to his loved ones, family, friends. May he rest in peace.
