How did Lulu Haarmans die?

The former host of Khanya Gqiyazana, who was on air on the Eastern Cape radio station from 9 am to 12 noon, reportedly died on Friday morning after being taken to hospital on Thursday.

Haarmans, who received numerous radio honors while working for the station, said on social media Monday that people should constantly be on the lookout for warning signs because unexpected death can happen at any time.

Cause of death of Lulu Haarmans:

Lulu Haarmans, a former Umhlobo Wenene FM presenter, died shortly after being admitted to a hospital in Mahanda on Thursday evening, according to information sent by her family to the Dispatch on Friday morning.

Vusumzi Haarmans, the brother of FM presenter Lulu Haarmans, has claimed that the award-winning radio host is ill.

The famous broadcaster Haarmans, 41, hosted the morning program Khanya Gqiyazana.

“We took her to the hospital around 2.30pm but a few hours later she died. We are devastated and still coming to terms with this news. It is not easy,” Vusumzi said.

In 2019, Umhlobo Wenene FM fired Haarmans, who was hired as one of the presenters of the newly founded Internet station Ilizwi FM.
