On September 19, the launch of Dancing With the Stars season 31 will feature Daniel Durant’s first-ever ballroom dance performance. The next season of the competition, which will air on Disney+, will have the 32-year-old as one of the celebrities.

‘I am completely deaf. He stated this during his appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show in March 2022. “I can’t hear anything at all, but I enjoy feeling the vibration through my body,” he noted. He went into detail about the early experiences that shaped his appreciation for music. “There were times when I would come to my mom and ask, ‘Can you turn it up so I can feel the bass?’ “And my mom said, ‘Yeah,’ but my sister and I had a hard time hearing that,” he continued. “So my mom went ahead and bought a new sound system, and I was really happy with it. You could really get a feel of the bass. It had such a powerful effect. There was a vibration in the windows. It was such a fun experience.

2. Daniel became famous in CODA.
Marlee Matlin, a former cast member of Dancing With the Stars, co-starred with Daniel in the original Apple TV+ movie as Leo Rossi. At the Academy Awards in 2022, this film won Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor.
