The actress said that it is too early to reveal anything. However, she mentioned that the film will have both dream houses and real ones Barbie play sets. Not only does Robbie play Barbie, but she also produced the movie, so this is a big deal for her. She calls it the “LuckyChap” project, on which she worked with Greta Gerwig for 4-5 years.
Amy Schumer was originally set to play Barbie in the Sony film, but dropped out due to creative differences. She was replaced by Anne Hathaway, but the project did not materialize.
