Madonna has announced a massive 40th anniversary tour, including a show at the O2 in London – buy tickets here.
The Queen of Pop, who released her self-titled debut album in 1983, is set to embark on a 35-city tour in July.
“I’m excited to try out as many songs as possible in hopes of giving my fans the show they’ve been waiting for,” Madonna said of the upcoming tour in a statement.
The tour will begin in North America, concerts are planned in New York, Chicago, Miami, Washington, Houston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and other cities until the beginning of October.
Madonna is due to arrive in the UK on October 14 to headline The O2. This concert will mark the start of the European leg of the singer’s “holiday tour”, with further stops planned in Antwerp, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam and other locations.

It was reported last week that Madonna had planned a series of dates to celebrate her four decades in music.
Madonna released her 14th and final studio album Madame X in 2019. The singer showcased this album in an intimate London Palladium residency in early 2020.
In a five-star review of one of her concerts in Brooklyn, New York, in October 2019, NME praised “pop’s very own freedom fighter [for] hosting one of the most powerful, inspiring and incredible concerts of the year.”
Last summer, Madonna announced that she had no plans to sell her extensive back catalog, as many famous artists have done in recent years. “Property is everything, isn’t it?” she reasoned.
