According to the report, Nibelink was driving a southbound 2008 Chevrolet Impala when she struck the westbound shoulder, which was covered in snow and ice. She speeded, crossed the center line and was struck by a northbound 2018 Chevrolet K2500 pickup driven by Dylan Taylor, 25, Le Mars, Iowa. After the collision, both vehicles stopped and Emma was pronounced dead at the scene.
