The accident happened because the school bus which is heading west on Locust Street ran the red light. After the bus driver jumps the traffic signal, the bus hit the 2005 Acura traveling northbound on Abbott Drive. The police department also shows its interest in this matter and urges drivers to be cautious and patient.

Not only this, but the authorities closed Abbott Drive till 10 AM. Fortunately, there were no passengers available at the time of the crash.
