Yves ended her post by asking her fans to trust them, and promised to do her best to get out of the situation. On January 13, it was announced that four members of the group, namely Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry, won lawsuits to suspend their exclusive contracts with Blockberry Creative, and Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Olivia Hye, and Gowon lost.
While this is a victory for some girls, others still remain connected to BlockBerry Creative because the court did not find their contracts illegal.

She ended the post by apologizing to fans and asking them to trust them.
