OMEGA X won a lawsuit against SPIRE Entertainment and expressed gratitude in a new open letter
OMEGA X’s legal dispute with SPIRE Entertainment has ended.
On January 11 OMEGA x posted a message on Instagram about his victory over SPIRE Entertainment. They announced that their exclusive contract has been suspended and thanked everyone who helped them.
The group also added that they will thank fans with more musical content and energetic performances in the future.

Thanks to everyone’s support and encouragement, we were able to achieve this victory. Thank you all, we appreciate your care and support so far. We truly love and appreciate you, FOR X. The fans congratulated the boys on the victory. They also praised them for staying strong in the litigation while maintaining love for their fans.

SPIRE Entertainment CEO implicated in OMEGA X abuse allegations
On October 23rd, the CEO of SPIRE Entertainment found himself at the center of an abuse scandal when fans posted messages on social media showing the CEO insulting OMEGA X.
On October 24, SBS News released a video showing the CEO verbally and physically abusing attendees in Los Angeles.
The video shows the executive shouting at a Jehan member who was panicking. However, the CEO continued to insult. Another video shows the executive dragging Jehan by the collar.
