Sadoski’s father was a professor at Texas A&M University itself. After one semester, he dropped out of the University of Texas, where he had attended college. Sadoski decided to pursue acting and attended Circle in the Square Theater School before making numerous appearances on Broadway.

After dating for a while in 2016, Seyfried and Sadoski went public with their engagement in September. On March 12, 2017, Amanda and Thomas were married in a small, private ceremony attended only by their family and friends. While appearing on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Thomas personally shared the good news. During his participation in the program, he showed off his wedding ring.
